Yes, we do!  As long as it is returned within 30 days in the original packaging.  The only exception is custom orders.  If you have selected a bespoke colour then we cannot unfortunately accept returns.

Do you do bespoke orders?

Yes and we would love to hear from you!  For our triple pendant lights and for single pendant lights where you order 3 or more we can do custom colours. We love sending out custom colour samples!  If you have a colour to match your scheme let us know and we will do our best to help you.  Please note that unfortunately these orders are non returnable/refundable.

Can you specify the cable length?

Definitely! Let us know what you need for your room and ceiling height and we can make sure the cable length is correct.  Just drop us a line or add a note on your order

Yes!  All our lights are supplied with bulbs.

I need my lights quickly!

Of course, we will try and get them to you. Drop us an email and we will always try our best to help.

Can you use dimmable bulbs?

Dimmable bulbs can be fitted to all our lights (wall lights, pendant lights and table lamps) but they don't come as standard.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Get in touch and we can certainly organise this.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! We have worked hard to ensure our packaging is recyclable, reusable and sustainable.  We now use plastic free tape (from www.plasticsfree.co.uk), our cotton bags are reusable and all are boxes are now brown boxes not bleached white ones.  We are always looking to improve and are looking to change all our stickers to ink stamps.

Where are your lights and sculptures made?

We are proud to be a British lighting and sculpture company and all our products are designed and made by us in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire.
